Product Care
Product Care
Clear & Color Powder Coats
Our powder-coat finishes are scratch-resistant and rust-proof, so they don't need much care. Just be sure to touch up any exposed steel if you happen to drag them across rough surfaces, such as pavers, or scrape them with something sharp.
Raw Steel
Raw steel arrives with a thin layer of residue to protect it from rust while in transit. Sealing your raw steel with wax, paint, or a clear coat will keep it looking its best (or you can let it develop a natural rusted patina).
- Raw steel legs ship with wax for sealing
- Apply a rust-inhibitive clear coat rather than wax if using outdoors
- Sprayed finishes work best for paint or clear coat (use products that are suitable for metal)

Build Instructions
Build Instructions
Measure twice cut once.
1. Determine the length and width of your table top.
2. Cut your long end 1x3 aprons to be 4" shorter than the length of your top. Cut your short end 1x3 aprons to be 6" shorter than the width. (this will give you a 2" overhang all the away around your table) Apply a finish to the aprons as needed.
3. Attach your 1x3 wood aprons using #10 3/4" Pan head wood screws to your table legs (these are visible, choose wisely). You will need 40 total screws to attach your aprons. Attach long aprons first and flush with interior of leg, then attach your short end flush with long apron. Pro tip: Easy way to attach aprons is with legs upside down.
4. Once you've completed your table frame now you can attach your finished wood table top. Each leg has 6 holes to attach to your top (these are not visible). Be sure to use the correct length hardware according to the thickness of your top. All hole sizes are .25", a size #10 diameter wood screw will suffice. Center your top on the table frame and begin fastening.
5. Enjoy your new table or desk!
